Refund & Cancellation Policy

We are a B2B digital marketing agency providing coaching, consulting & services to businesses. All payments done to Gimix Media in online mode shall be governed by the following refund & cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • All our services are cancellable prematurely. To cancel any of your ongoing service, please visit the Contact Us section in our website to request cancellation.
  • All our consultations are cancellable but refund can be processed only for the cancellation made before 3 hours of the consultation session. After that, the cancellation will not be eligible for any refund.
  • All our courses which required pre-booking are cancellable till the time when you have not been provided with the course content or till the time when you have not received the access for the course. Once you receive the access, your course can be cancelled but the refund will be subject to the refund policy stated below. Also, for the courses which does not required booking and can be consumed right away, can also be cancelled but refund will be subject to the refund policy stated below.
Refund Policy
  • If an ongoing service is cancelled, it will be eligible for a partial refund and the exact refund amount shall be clarified by Gimix Media according to the duration left, service rendered, third party costs and other expenses. Any taxes and gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Cancelled consultation which are eligible for refund shall be refunded fully (excluding tax & gateway charges).
  • Cancelled course, under 8 hours of receiving course content/access credentials, are refundable fully (excluding tax & gateway charges) except the individual courses which are listed as non-refundable in their sales page.
Any other case of cancellation/refund which is not mentioned above, shall be discussed by contacting Gimix Media team and decision made by the team shall be final.
